Reunion Night Memories

Our 40th Reunion was a great night of catching up for those of us who could make it!  Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves immensely!! There were lots of laughs and hugs and picture taking!!!  Long time friendships were rekindled.

Mike Monroe, our MC, kept the evening light and entertaining...the food at Wandermere was delicious and plentiful...although Mike didn't get any dinner, because he was so busy being our MC!! (Mike, we owe you a dinner! smiley)

Ruth Fuge Schwartz contributed a case of Columbia Crest wine, of which 12 lucky classmates won with their lucky tickets! Debbie Witiuk Smith added a $25 Fred Meyer gift card for the drawing, which was won by Karey Milne Dillingham.

Robin Rile Anderson and Carla Mosset Lippert were two classmates who rose to the challenge of encouraging another classmate to particpate in our reunion...Robin was able to get Susan Robbins Niswonger to fly in from Texas and Carla was able to get Cheryl Marsh Wilson to come.  Because there were two, Mike challenged them to state our class motto to win the prize, but since neither remembered the motto, he then challenged them to state the school colors.  Robin remembered that our colors were blue and gold first and won the prize and Carla recieved the runners up gift of a bottle of wine!

(See Class Motto in the Graduation Annual tab to the left)

Our out of state traveling classmates were rewarded with a bottle of wine from our local Arbor Crest winery.  Our long distance travelers were Susan Robbins Niswonger from San Antonio, TX, Pam Goodman from El Cajon, CA, Larry Pattison from Pittsburg, CA, Larry Guy from Buckeye, AZ, Cindy Constable Mullins from St. Ignatius, MT, and Ron Lahde from Southlake, TX. We had a bottle of wine waiting for Paul Briggs from Albuquerque, NM, unfortunatly he was called away for a business meeting.  Ruth, we just realized that you were also anout of state traveler...we owe you a bottle of wine!!! lol

A shout out was delivered to the class for those who could not join us this time...Matthew Richards, Colleen Redmond Peterson, Mike McCane, Mike Proctor, Faith Brown, Duane Dumaw, and Annie Hegel Hansen.
