Joined the Air Force in 1974. Went into the Intelligence career field. Was stationed in Misawa, Japan, Ft Meade, MD, Okinawa and San Antonio, TX. Got out in 1986, became a contractor, then a civil servant; all in the same organization. Married a few times, have two wonderful children and two fabulous grandsons. Currently live in an airplane hangar, it's better than it sounds, with my husband, Kris. He flies, I don't. Starting to think retirement won't be so bad.

My favorite story is from my senior year, when we had a funeral procession to mourn the loss of the school levy. All the cars with their lights on, driving down the road. Burying the sports equipment and musical instruments in the parking lot.
